Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for efficient document retrieval from Perceptive Content Manager
Work closely with the HR and IT departments to understand document requirements and prioritize retrieval tasks
Navigate Perceptive Content's API to automate document extraction where possible
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations during the retrieval process
Troubleshoot any issues related to document access or extraction from Perceptive Content
Develop documentation for the retrieval process to facilitate knowledge transfer
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth integration of retrieved documents into our systems
Provide expert advice on Perceptive Content's capabilities and limitations to project stakeholders
Assist in data mapping and transformation as needed for document migration
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity and completeness of retrieved documents

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience working with Perceptive Content, including in-depth knowledge of its API and security features
Strong understanding of document management systems and content migration processes
Working knowledge of C# or Java and SQL
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation tasks
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
Familiarity with data protection regulations and information security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working in the financial services industry
Knowledge of other enterprise content management (ECM) systems
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
Experience with cloud storage and migration (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage)
Certification in Perceptive Content or related technologies
