Operates and maintains lawn care equipment
Follows safety guidelines
Ensures that all treatments are applied according to industry standards and customer specifications
Qualification
Required
Experience in lawn care
Strong understanding of lawn health practices, including fertilization, pest control, aeration, and disease management
Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment
Ability to apply chemicals following safety protocols
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Ability to assess and treat lawn issues
Good communication skills
Valid driver's license
Physical stamina
Preferred
Certifications in lawn care or pest control
