Responsibilities
Assist with the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
Support the preparation of construction documents and technical reports
Participate in field inspections and site visits to verify construction quality
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges
Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
