Conduct advanced market research and provide accurate cost data and supplier contacts

Lead procurement estimating staff in daily activities, prioritizing tasks and ensuring quality

Oversee all lumber and siding estimating activities, ensuring accurate takeoffs, competitive pricing, and timely estimate delivery to support project schedules

Develop and implement procurement tracking and delivery practices

Analyze market and industry trends to guide decision-making and adjust procurement strategies

Establish strong vendor relationships and monitor performance

Support preconstruction teams during the estimating phases

Coordinate material handoffs and conduct site meetings with field crews

Maintain and update estimating tools including PlanSwift templates and reporting tools

Evaluate project closeouts and compare material usage with estimates
