Responsibilities
Initiates, manages, and completes engineering projects involving existing and prototype products
Manages overall construction and timelines for new product programs
Communicates and collaborates with other departments as required
Performs troubleshooting duties related to engineering, manufacturing equipment, product systems, and component issues
Provides floor support to resolve production barriers
Engages in all aspects of Phase Gate new product development activities

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3–5 years of engineering experience in a related industry (marine, automotive, powersports, recreational vehicle, aerospace)
Proficiency with state-of-the-art software systems for design and engineering (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, Rhino, 3D Experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-start, and work with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in teams and lead when required
Working knowledge of various marine construction methods used in 40'–80' vessels and all types of yachts
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field preferred
