Responsibilities

Assist the Technical Investigation team with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support root cause identification and resolution

Perform market data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential investigation items

Conduct benchmarking studies to compare product performance against industry standards

Execute detailed parts inspections, document findings and supporting investigative conclusions

Prepare and maintain accurate records of investigation activities, ensuring compliance with established protocols

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and relevant technical insights

Utilize quality tools and statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Vehicle Safety Investigation team
