Responsibilities

Manage and lead global SAP projects (implementatiosn, upgrades, enhancements, etc), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $.5MM to $6MM in overall budget
Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members
Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders
Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills
Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client

Required

Bachelor's degree
Travel up to 50%
7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role
Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle projects (SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions)
Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE)
Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and act as a trusted adviser to the client regarding strategy, direction, and risk

Preferred

Experience implementing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extensions, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or AI-driven automation
Familiarity with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP deployments
Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or life sciences
Exposure to SAP CX, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP Datasphere
RISE/GROW with SAP, or Public Cloud/Cloud ERP certification
