Responsibilities

Provide support for robotics and engineering department in an accurate and timely manner
Review Electrical Prints - Update prints to reflect any changes found or made to reflect current configurations before the end of the internship
PLC 5 upgrade project Assistance - Intern will assist engineering with commissioning of the PLC 5 upgrade project - Successful implementation, integration and startup of remote cabinet communications to the new PLC
Assist Engineering department associates with upgrading VFD drive installation and commissioning for the vertical and horizontal axis on Dematic cranes
Other duties as assigned

Required

1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation and Robotics Engineering, or related field
Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must live in or near Phoenix, Arizona
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
Effective task management
High level of motivation and adaptability
Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
