Senior Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities
You coordinate with customers for warranty handling within the set turnaround and response time
You apply technical knowledge of tire functioning, manufacturing processes, and field conditions
You coordinate with the Business and Service teams to build synergy
You report to the Regional Manager on daily warranty handling and MIS
You coordinate with the Field Engineering team for mileage surveys, new condition developments, and other warranty-related matters
You conduct root cause analysis and resolve field concerns
You keep track of the latest competitive policies, products, and technology developments for benchmarking
You conduct fleet tests and follow up with customers on new development projects
You develop strong business relationships with the Replacement channel and OEM workshops by providing excellent and timely customer service support
You conduct mileage surveys, campaign support, tire safety and maintenance awareness programs, and customer connect initiatives
You handle a team of 3P technical experts and assist them in real time for instant warranty support to customers and OE customers
You hold regular meetings with Consumer OE and Farm OE field, state, and regional service leaders to strengthen PR and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Lead customer service operations for Consumer and Farm customers
Handle customer complaints from OE and Replacement customers
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Train the channel on processes and tyre technology
Support OE and dealers on sales and service activities
Coordinate with customers for warranty handling within the set turnaround and response time
