Architect, Engineering & Construction Director
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking an Architect, Engineering & Construction Director to lead a global team responsible for facility design and construction standards. This role focuses on ensuring quality and consistency in Church facilities that foster worship and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Provide and maintain facilities that give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances
Establish and maintain the Church’s facility design and construction standards, guidelines, specifications, and work processes
Ensure global consistency, quality, and alignment with prophetic direction, Church identity, and member needs
Enable Area and Regional teams to deliver projects effectively within their local contexts
Function as a strategic steward of global facility design and construction knowledge—focusing on governance, innovation, and collaboration across geographies rather than direct operational execution
Qualification
Required
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
