Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and executing test plans and automation scripts for complex AI-driven features and systems, contributing to comprehensive validation and quality assurance
Help build, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks for AI pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces, increasing testing efficiency and coverage
Identify, document, and report software bugs and quality issues, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product specialists to resolve problems and improve product reliability
Participate in projects that enhance customer perception of quality by offering new points of view, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding high standards
Learn and apply industry-standard QA tools, testing methodologies, and protocols, while receiving mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to real-world AI projects to prepare for a future career in technology and quality assurance
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with 2 years of relevant experience, or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related program
Proficiency in Python programming, with expertise in additional languages considered an advantage
Familiarity with modern testing tools and frameworks such as Pytest, Playwright, Selenium, Locust, or similar, and adaptability to new technologies
Strong diagnostic and debugging skills, including experience in creating and maintaining automation pipelines and test utilities
Preferred
Practical experience with backend and frontend testing frameworks, with an eagerness to improve test automation coverage and infrastructure
Shown ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement solutions, and deliver quality results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mentality, ownership, and accountability
Prior experience or coursework related to generative AI technologies or AI/ML platforms
