Responsibilities
Support month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Assist in audit preparation and implementation of robust financial controls (ASC606)
Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations
Support intercompany transactions and international group consolidations
Own payroll, accounts payable (AP), expense reporting
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the newly implemented ERP
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams to support ongoing improvements in reporting and compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience in a VC backed scale-up (SaaS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deeptech)
OR Newly Qualified CPA from a public accounting or Big 4 background
Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and excited to grow in a high-growth business
Experience owning day-to-day accounting including payroll and AP
