Responsibilities
Supervise and lead electrical crews on active job sites
Work hands-on in the field, ensuring high productivity and exceptional workmanship
Ensure all electrical installations comply with codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Track project progress and implement strategies to improve field performance
Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment while coaching and developing team members
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman-level electrical role
Deep knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and construction practices
Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents
Proven success managing field productivity and high-performing crews
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
