Recruiter Sales Manager (Remote)
Corkyy is a bootstrapped startup aiming to transform recruitment by merging technology with human expertise. They are seeking a Sales Manager to leverage existing networks, introduce clients to their innovative hiring platform, and manage the sales cycle to help companies improve their recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
Identify and target new clients: Use your existing network to introduce Corkyy's hiring platform to recruitment agencies, companies, and independent recruiters. You’ll tap into your relationships to help them transition into a new phase of recruitment with the support of our platform
Present our product to potential clients: Demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our platform, highlighting how it can help companies hire more efficiently and cost-effectively. Tailor your presentations to show how the platform can address their specific pain points
Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting to closing, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships and guiding prospects through the sales funnel. You’ll provide value throughout the process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ultimately closing deals
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients: Ensure long-term success by checking in with clients and helping them optimize their use of our platform, ensuring they continue to experience value
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruitment: You've been in the recruitment industry, either as an independent recruiter or with an agency, and you understand the current challenges recruiters face. You're skilled at building relationships and nurturing trust
Sales experience: Whether you've been in recruitment sales or have a general sales background, you're comfortable driving the sales process and handling both warm and cold leads
Network: You already have an established network within the recruitment industry, including potential clients who would benefit from using a more efficient and cost-effective hiring platform
Self-starter mentality: As this role is remote and often autonomous, you must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
Excellent communication skills: You know how to clearly explain complex products and services, and you're comfortable with both one-on-one discussions and group presentations
