Associate, Client Service Management I
BNY is a leading global financial services company at the center of the world’s financial system. They are seeking an Associate for Client Service Management to serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing operational issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Acts as day-to-day point of contact for assigned group of Institutional Broker Dealers (IBD’s) and/or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA’s)
Support clients by addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues
Ensure satisfaction and swift response to client needs, and efficient problem resolution
Proactively consults with clients on best practices and solutions
Tracks and reports client trends by keeping abreast of assigned client activity occurring throughout the firm
Liaises with relevant internal operational contacts to coordinate service to the client
Gains understanding of the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends and competitor services/offerings
Escalates relevant issues to senior team members or management
Qualification
Required
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
Experience in financial services preferred
