Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, data management, and system support
Design, develop, and maintain data lakes and data warehouse solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting
Lead the implementation, optimization, and administration of Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets
Create and manage API connections between internal systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow
Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and deliver intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making
Implement best practices in cloud services, network security, and system monitoring
Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and security protocols to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives
Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware, software, and services
Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and cloud-based platforms to ensure optimal uptime and performance
Administer enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and communication systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace)
Manage system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects from planning through execution
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT management, data analytics, or business intelligence roles
Proven experience with data lake architecture, ETL design, and Power BI development
Hands-on experience managing API integrations and data pipelines
Strong knowledge of network management, system infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, APIs, DAX, and data modeling
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like Blue Folder, Xero, and Cin 7
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data governance frameworks
