Responsibilities
Analyze & Forecast : Dive into sales history and business intelligence to build long-term demand plans
Drive Accuracy : Monitor forecast performance and implement improvements that make a real difference
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Be a key player in our monthly S&OP meetings, aligning product, demand, supply, and executive teams
Support Innovation : Integrate new product launches, limited-time offers, and transitions into your forecasts
Report & Communicate : Generate supply chain metrics and reports that guide strategic decisions
Lead & Support Projects : Contribute to planning initiatives and support high-impact strategic projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, Distribution, or related field--or equivalent experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Preferred
1--3 years of experience in forecasting or supply planning preferred
Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards is a plus!
