Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale, high-performance computing and platform systems

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance across compute, storage, and network layers

Develop automation and tooling to improve reliability, observability, and operational efficiency

Collaborate with research and business teams to support new workflows and technical projects

Lead technical initiatives to improve system scalability, resiliency, and maintainability

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform performance and capabilities

Required

Strong background in systems engineering or high-performance infrastructure

Strong Python or OOP programming skills

Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and debugging in complex systems

Ability to design scalable, resilient systems and implement operational improvements

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and business teams

Preferred

Experience supporting high-throughput compute, research infrastructure, or large-scale platforms

Familiarity with hardware acceleration, specialized compute nodes, or storage optimization
