Responsibilities

Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our solutions, target markets, and competitive landscape
Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with prospects to uncover challenges, pain points, and opportunities
Partner with Account Executives to create a seamless handoff of qualified leads and ensure alignment on territory planning
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and opportunity data in CRM
Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and mentoring of junior SDRs

Qualification

SalesforceCybersecurity experienceSaaS experienceSales tools proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR at a software, SaaS, or cybersecurity vendor (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar
Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to learning and execution
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
