Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of intelligence coding product architecture: build a high-availability and high-scalability distributed service system, multi-layer architecture, and support tens of millions of users
Optimize the core link of the agent: optimize task scheduling and execution, promote in-depth collaboration between technical architecture and business goals, ensure service SLAs, and optimize resource costs
Lead technical problems such as distributed systems, elastic architectures, and complex agent runtimes, technology introduction, technology design, and lead the advanced and forward-looking product technology
Product direction guidance, technical evangelism, pass on our product philosophy, product concept, and product advantages to the technical community, and promote the popularization of intelligence coding products in the global market

Qualification

Required

More than 5 years of experience in complex system architecture
Proficient in Python/Go/Java at least one language of distributed framework
Leading the design of high-concurrency systems with millions of daily active users
Ability of technical decision-making and technical planning for large-scale projects
Ability to promote structural change and technological upgrading
Understand the technical principles of intelligence coding and the surrounding ecology
Keep up with the latest developments in the field
Ability to write Agents and achieve SOTA-level Agents
Ability and determination to solve world-class problems and reach SOTA level
Proficient in the commonly used coding tools in the industry
Ideas and enthusiasm for building the next generation of programming tools

Preferred

Experience in building intelligence coding products
Experience in IDE tool development
