Responsibilities

Planning/Buying for production and operational support materials in compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and Quality System standards
Overseeing shipping and receiving processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
Utilizing Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) to optimize production schedules
Conducting inventory management, ensuring quality control per company standards
Managing facility maintenance to ensure adherence to safety protocols
Fostering supplier relationships and managing supply chain risk
Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required

5-7 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards for medical device manufacturing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP II systems
Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and production teams
Customer service focus with the ability to meet internal and external customer needs
Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication
Strong mathematical and technical skills to interpret work instructions
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain operational equipment as required

Preferred

Bachelor of Science degree
ASCM or ISM certification (CPIM/CPSM)
Experience in medical devices is strongly preferred
