Litigation Paralegal
Voll Recruiting is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their law firm in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will manage complex litigation cases from inception through post-trial, ensuring compliance with court rules and providing support to legal teams throughout all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities
Serve as case manager for assigned matters, proactively anticipating and addressing case needs
Calculate, docket, and monitor deadlines in compliance with applicable court rules, procedures, and orders
Interface professionally with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and other legal professionals
Support legal teams through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit through post-trial
Manage all aspects of discovery, including:
Initial disclosures and written discovery
Depositions and document productions
Collecting client documents and managing case files
Reviewing documents for relevance and privilege
Drafting and maintaining privilege logs
Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and litigation documents
Assist with trial, deposition, mediation, and arbitration preparation, including:
Exhibit and witness lists
Subpoenas and witness scheduling
Coordination with vendors and court personnel
Attend hearings, depositions, or trials as required
Utilize e-discovery platforms such as Relativity and Eclipse
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, working both independently and collaboratively
Qualification
Required
7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (equivalent experience considered)
Proven ability to manage cases from inception through post-trial
Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing systems
High proficiency with: Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
NetDocs, SurePoint/LMS+, or similar time and document management systems
Experience with e-discovery and litigation databases (Relativity, Eclipse, etc.)
Familiarity with Westlaw and/or Lexis
Advanced proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex
Demonstrated experience in case management, docketing, and trial support
Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High-performing professional with integrity, accountability, flexibility, and resilience
Preferred
Experience handling matters in county, state, federal, appellate, and administrative courts, as well as arbitrations
Construction defect litigation experience is a plus
