Responsibilities
Drive capture efforts 6–18 months before RFP release—mapping target programs, funding lines, and key decision-makers
Align Oracle’s secure, compliant solutions to the mission priorities of our federal customers
Leverage established relationships, teaming network, and domain expertise to drive early engagement
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development within the federal civilian market
Established relationships with federal agencies, specifically DHS agencies including CBP, I&A, FEMA, TSA, CISA, USCIS, and ICE
Ability to drive capture efforts 6–18 months before RFP release
Experience in mapping target programs, funding lines, and key decision-makers
Knowledge of secure, compliant solutions relevant to federal customers
Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)
Ability to work as an individual contributor
