As a Senior Field Service Engineer Drives, you will support industrial clients by ensuring optimal performance of installations through commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Independently install and commission frequency converters (drives)
Perform complex troubleshooting and fault analysis
Implement digital services such as remote monitoring and predictive maintenance
Carry out preventive maintenance and suggest optimizations
Provide technical advice to clients to improve reliability and efficiency
Coordinate and lead colleagues and subcontractors on-site
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
Identify improvement opportunities and support the sales team
Qualification
Required
A technical education at MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in electromechanics, energy technology, or industrial automation
Extensive experience in an industrial or technical service role
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and experience in client interaction and advising
Leadership and coordination skills – you're able to manage teams and partners on-site effectively
Willingness to work flexibly, including participation in on-call duty
Fluent in Dutch and English
A valid driver's license (B) – a company car will be provided
