Responsibilities
Proposing technical solutions for Drives, PLC, HMI products and working on consulting assignments using established standards, methods, and technologies to develop solutions and resolve issues
Recommending consulting services and solutions to meet customer needs
Delivering technical trainings to internal and external stakeholders inside and outside ABB
Leading sales activities to win consulting assignments of up to 500 hours and negotiating directly with the responsible person(s) at customer organization
Overseeing and delivering consulting assignments and contract management activities (invoicing and work in progress, etc.)
Gathering customer and market feedback, sharing insights to support strategic offerings, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through clear, regular communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Over 5 years of experience in programming and configuring Drives or PLC HMI
Logical thinking skills to utilize ready-made software or programing to develop new applications/customers
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
Strong customer focus and structured problem-solving approach
Fluent in both Korean and English to communicate with regional and global support team
