Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications leadership, with significant focus on digital transformation and organizational change
At least 10 years in management roles leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Proven track record in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology companies with global operations
Demonstrated success implementing marketing technology solutions and driving organizational change
Deep expertise in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
Advanced knowledge of Martech ecosystems, including Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Copilot 365, and AI-powered marketing solutions
Proven expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation communication
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in marketing ROI measurement, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
Ability to develop long-term transformation strategies that align with business objectives and market evolution
Comfort and credibility working with C-suite executives and senior leadership across global operations
Exceptional ability to lead change initiatives across diverse functions, geographies, and organizational levels
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse international markets and teams

Preferred

Understanding of complex B2B industrial marketing challenges, dealer networks, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Experience with marketing and communication challenges in multinational manufacturing organizations
Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and future-forward communication methodologies
Experience integrating marketing technologies with enterprise systems, ensuring data governance and compliance
Understanding of both paid and earned media performance measurement and optimization
