Regional plant data collection, system simplification, and dashboard creation

Supporting logistics flow transformation projects

Acting as a change agent by challenging existing processes and using data to support improvements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across both facilities to provide support for logistics operations

Assisting with creating standards for processes and metrics

Engaging in project management and task organization
