The role involves selling high-ticket outdoor living projects to affluent homeowners, conducting onsite consultations, and maintaining client relationships without the need for cold calling.

Responsibilities
Work pre-qualified, inbound leads — no cold calling
Conduct onsite consultations with homeowners
Capture site measurements and prepare 2D/3D design concepts
Present solutions & pricing on follow-up Google Meet sessions
Follow a proven two-appointment close system
Sell complete outdoor living projects: pavers, turf, patios, kitchens, pergolas, lighting, and more
Maintain relationships with clients and drive referrals
Collaborate with our experienced Project Management team (you ONLY sell — no build oversight)
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in outside sales
Strong consultative selling skills
Ability to learn our design software (ArcSite, SketchUp, VizTerra, etc. — we will train)
Clean, professional communication & presence
Self-motivated, organized, and competitive
Able to consistently execute a structured sales process
Preferred
Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction preferred
