Responsibilities
Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Plan and schedule production or procurement activities to meet customer demand and inventory targets
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to prevent stockouts or excess
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
Identify process improvements to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and streamline operations
Prepare regular reports and performance metrics related to planning and fulfillment
Support MPS & MRP processes and cross-functional planning meetings
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, fulfillment, logistics, or related roles
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong Knowledge in Excel and data analysis
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools
APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification
