Responsibilities

Leading bids, proposals, and product concepts for new electronic products
Driving strategic technology planning and multi-generational product development
Designing and implementing concept solutions for Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to your team
Tackling hands-on design challenges and delivering high-quality solutions

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
8-10 years of experience in electronic design
Proven expertise in electronic product development
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
A lean mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
This position requires U.S. citizenship status

Preferred

A Master's degree in engineering
Experience in complex avionics systems development
Cross-domain expertise in electronic design, custom logic design, and software development
Direct customer engagement experience
Knowledge of EMC, thermal testing, and product qualification
