They are seeking a Creative Designer who will develop high-performing advertising across platforms and channels, collaborating with various teams to craft visually appealing and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities
Concept, write, design, produce, and optimize ads that connect across every channel, from traditional to digital
Translate creative ideas into fully realized layouts and executions, not just messaging handoffs
Cohesively and strategically resize and reformat ads for various campaign sizes and outputs
Create static and animated graphics for digital advertising and content when needed
Collaborate with creative, media, account, and data teams to align execution with campaign goals
Produce advertising to spec and technical standards across multiple media formats
Develop creative that highlights strong calls to action for traditional, digital, and emerging media
Translate performance insights into fresh creative iterations that improve results over time
Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviors, and emerging creative formats, including AI-driven tools
Build and execute testing frameworks that inform future creative direction
Produce work that’s technically sound, strategically grounded, and creatively powerful
Qualification
Required
A link to your portfolio showcasing relevant design, advertising, and paid media work
2-4 years of experience concepting, designing, and producing creative for digital and paid media channels, with a strong understanding of how ideas perform across platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Canva, and Google Slides; bonus for experience with Figma or similar layout tools
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to concept, craft, and execute creative that translates seamlessly across channels and formats
Evolving interest and experience with AI and generative creative tools such as Firefly, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based platforms
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication with a collaborative, strategic mindset
Sharp attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven creative work
