Senior Manager, Acquisition
Attain Finance is a leading consumer credit lender serving U.S. and Canadian customers for over 25 years. The Sr. Manager of Acquisition Partnerships will drive sustainable growth by managing partnerships and optimizing performance across marketing channels.

Responsibilities
Drive the full lifecycle of lead and affiliate partnerships, from opportunity identification and negotiation to contracting and seamless integration (e.g., API setups)
Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, delivering top-tier support and resources to amplify promotion of Attain Finance brands
Negotiate commissions and payout structures, balancing partner incentives with profitability and strong unit economics
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, optimizing from lead acceptance to conversion rate improvements (targeting >15% uplift)
Establish data-driven KPIs for marketing channels and campaigns, ensuring profitability across digital acquisition efforts
Identify emerging opportunities in affiliate networks, co-marketing, or fintech alliances to fuel growth
Forge tight partnerships with Risk, Finance, and other teams to maximize return on investment (ROI)
Collaborate with Marketing, marketing technology (MarTech), Legal, Compliance, and beyond to execute current and new initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across time zones
Qualification
Required
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or affiliate marketing, ideally in financial services or fintech
Hands-on experience launching partners end-to-end: contracting, reporting, API integration, and campaign rollout
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of mutually beneficial deals
Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including lead generation and optimization for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, interpret reports, and experiment in non-well-defined scenarios
Demonstrated influence with decision-makers and seamless cross-functional teamwork
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with multiple stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills, with experience leveraging Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and A/B testing methodologies for partnership optimization
