Conduct In-Home consultations with residential and commercial clients
Close $100,000 - $200,000 of sales monthly with a close rate of 50% or greater
Understand client’s vision and motivations, speak to what matters
Present tailored solutions and guide them through the decision-making process
Collaborate with our design and installation teams
Follow up timely with professionalism
Track and work within our CRM (ServiceMinder)
Consistent travel within our territory – Salt Lake, Summit, Davis, and Weber Counties
Qualification
Required
Leading high-ticket sales professional
Mastery and confidence in connections and craft
Consultative in-home / in-person sales from qualified warm leads
Astute listening and expert guidance
Believes in the products and services being the highest value
Confidently closing high-ticket deals ($20,000 - $100,000) at 50% or greater close rate
At home in high-income settings while adjusting to guide any room
Strategic and accountable to achieve stretching sales goals and targets
Competitive and compassionate
