Responsibilities
Implement CRM best practices to streamline operations and improve user experience across departments
Identify and recommend process improvements, including integrations with third-party tools and datasets
Maintain and cleanse CRM databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance
Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions for new and existing users
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and guidance on CRM features and workflows
Co-lead training initiatives for CRM modules including Projects, Resumes, and Knowledge Base
Facilitate the management of the project close-out process to obtain critical project data for marketing / business development purposes
Facilitate the development and troubleshooting of CRM content templates
Manage annual reviews of CRM content and update as needed
Generate reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI to support marketing and business development goals
Segment customer lists based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics to support targeted outreach
Work closely with Market Leaders and Business Development teams to track client relationships and initiatives
Partner with graphics and content teams to enhance CRM visuals and templates
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably with AEC360
Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services industry
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
