Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and hold accountable all sales managers and associates
Run daily huddles, 1:1s, and training to drive performance and development
Own key sales KPIs: appointments, shows, test drives, write-ups, and closing ratios
Ensure fast, high-quality lead response and strong CRM usage across the team
Partner with BDC, F&I, and Fixed Ops to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Oversee inventory, pricing, and deal structures for compliance and profitability
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish
5+ years automotive sales management experience (new & used)
Proven track record hitting volume, gross, and CSI objectives
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong command of CRM, desking tools, and digital retailing (Tekion a plus)
High-integrity leader who loves coaching, accountability, and culture-building
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
