Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including payer touchpoints and cross-functional check-ins
Prepare and distribute agendas, summaries, and follow-up notes to ensure clear communication and next steps
Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables, driving timely follow-up and completion
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to monitor account activities and progress toward goals
Support the team in managing priorities and communication across stakeholders
Assist in developing presentation materials and reports for leadership and payer meetings
Contribute to process improvements that strengthen organization, efficiency, and documentation across the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Comfort working with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Asana)
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
An empathetic, humble, and highly conscientious teammate who inspires trust and collaboration
