The Associate Developer, IT Enterprise Business Systems will work within the Enterprise Business Systems team to enhance internal operations through enterprise applications and data, troubleshooting support tickets, and maintaining SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support tickets related to customizations and integrations

Develop, maintain, and optimize Apex code, stored procedures, database structures, and ETL processes to ensure data quality and adaptability

Build and optimize complex UI-based automations (e.g. SFDC Flow, Certinia Foundations Mappings, Workato, etc.)

Create and maintain documentation for customizations, interfaces, data stores, transport technologies, and source data

Validate customizations and data integration processes in test environments

Contribute to identifying scalable solutions in existing systems and/or implementing new systems

Perform Unit and QA testing

Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of SaaS applications and integrations

Ensure acceptable levels of system integrity and security

Required

1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development, enterprise business systems, or a related technical role. Internships, co-op programs, or equivalent practical experience may be considered

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, related field; or equivalent professional experience

Quick learner with a strong curiosity and drive to solve problems through technology
