Responsibilities
Lead and execute a go-to-market strategy for the US
Identify and qualify new leads across sectors like Semiconductors, Laser Systems, and Lab Automation
Conduct targeted outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape tailored client solutions
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Track pipeline health, forecast growth, and meet or exceed KPIs
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Business Development or Technical Sales within Motion Control
A technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering)
Experience closing deals with enterprise customers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the US industrial tech landscape
Self-driven, results-focused, and great at multitasking
Preferred
Existing connections in Semiconductors, Lab Automation, or Laser industries
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
A knack for translating technical features into business value
