Learn and understand the product line

Manage the Sales/Marketing Show robot inventory

Configure and start up robots "Out of the Box"

Support engineering team on a project-by-project basis

Communicate and work with customers

Develop troubleshooting skills

Support engineering requests from other departments, if available, for cross training

Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continual improvement

Required

One year towards a bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
