They are seeking an Account Executive who will take full ownership of pipeline generation and deal progression with SMBs and Enterprise customers, driving new business revenue and building repeatable sales motions.

Responsibilities

Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing - working alongside Kallie and Ryan
Running high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction’s solution
Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare
Handling objections with resilience and empathy, always focused on ethical selling and long-term relationships
Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and our customers
Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery

Required

3+ years experience selling in SMBs + enterprise customers
Passion for healthcare
Driven hunter who thrives on building pipeline and closing new business in fast-moving environments
Belief in ethical, consultative selling — building trust with customers while holding the line for the company
Ability to solve complex problems with technology and translate product capabilities into clear value for healthcare stakeholders
Natural relationship builder, able to influence clinicians, execs, and operators alike
Ownership and accountability, rallying teams to find solutions and focusing on delivering real customer impact
US citizen/visa only
Based in Boston or NYC physically but comfortable working remotely with occasional in person time
