System Analyst Senior [Processing Acquirer]
PlataCard is building a new Acquiring platform to process payments for Plata cards and other major card schemes. As a System Analyst, you will participate in the full product development lifecycle, gathering and analyzing payment scheme requirements, designing technical solutions, and creating clear specifications for development teams.

Responsibilities
Communication with International Payment Schemes
Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development
Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
Finding solutions for complex issues on production
End-to-end product development requirements management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as System Analyst
Experience with card processing solutions, understanding of the authorizations and clearing & settlement flows
Basic knowledge of ISO8583 protocol
Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
UML experienced
Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
REST/gRPC models knowledge
Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch
Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills
Basic SQL skills
B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Preferred
Practical experience with Go/Java services and gRPC integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Master's degree
