Responsibilities

Partner with Product Operations team to oversee end-to-end product pipeline processes, ensuring alignment from concept to customer
Define and manage seasonal calendars, key milestones, and cross-functional checkpoints to drive clarity, accountability, and speed to market
Partner with Design, Merchandising, Production, Tech Design and Supply Chain to optimize workflows, drive continuous improvement and enable agile decision-making
Support Product Development deliverables, reporting & analytics, and systems & tools, inclusive of cost management
Implement and embed product to market transformation initiatives and ways of working into the brand
Define, build and deliver process and organizational efficiencies (upskilling, automation, new ways of working) that meet brand financial objectives
Lead Old Navy’s Digital Product Creation (DPC) strategy and adoption, partnering with cross-functional and GIS teams to deploy AI technologies, 3D design, digital sampling, and integrated PLM tools
Embed digital ways of working and systems enhancements to drive future process evolution
Support Design & Tech Design upskilling on digital tools and testing future technologies
Champion the evolution of digital capabilities and establish best practices that enhance creativity, sustainability, and efficiency
Integrate brand-specific activities with the Gap Inc. Product to Market transformation & Global Supply Chain transformation roadmaps
Inspire, lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver a high level of change and business impact and drive consistency & collaboration
Develop team capabilities that bridge current state processes into future needs through high level of team engagement, cross-functional collaboration and inspiring teams
Partner with the Old Navy Leadership team to build a clear roadmap & priorities that ties to long range strategic objectives aligned to near term budgets and resources
Build strong partnerships across a highly matrixed organization — influencing senior leaders and functional teams to align on shared goals and transformation priorities
Drive performance through metrics, insights, and governance models that ensure accountability and progress toward strategic objectives

Required

12+ years of experience in product functions (merchandising, design, product development), operations, process excellence, or digital transformation — ideally within apparel, footwear, or consumer goods
Experience envisioning and executing strategic projects in large retail apparel companies
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; ability to frame new, ambiguous and complex issues; able to generate insight through rigorous analysis
Deep understanding of product creation processes and tools (e.g., PLM, CLO3D, calendar management, data integration)
Proven success leading in complex, matrixed environments and influencing across functions and levels
Strong communicator, collaborator, and change agent who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving complex decisions with executive management teams
Change Leadership - experience leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decision making and to achieve desired service levels
Learning Agility- demonstrated curiosity, motivated to learn new skills and knowledge
Passionate about modernizing how product is created — blending operational rigor with creative enablement
Proven ability to grow talent and manage teams at multiple levels
