Project Manager - Southern California
Architectural Design & Signs is a company that designs and fabricates signage, displays, and fixtures. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from contract to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and customer communication to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage projects and budgets through all phases: design, permitting, production, and installation
Coordinate schedules, tasks, and resources across internal teams and subcontractors
Maintain strong customer communication and deliver solutions on time
Ensure profitability by tracking costs and maintaining margins
Conduct site visits, investigations, and supervise installation work
Review and interpret design packages and construction drawings
Negotiate and manage subcontractors for permitting, installation, and estimates
Track and report project progress using internal software
Prepare change orders, updates, and invoices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience (signage or construction industry required!)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design packages
Sharp organizational skills, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with persistence and integrity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
OSHA 30 a plus
