Account Manager – Property & casualty insurance experience
Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Account Manager with expertise in client relationship management and property & casualty insurance to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing the Review Service Team and Communication Service Team to ensure seamless compliance management operations, directly impacting client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with assigned client organizations
Lead, manage, and coordinate the Review Service Team and Communication Service Team
Conduct quarterly meetings to present client performance and compliance health reports
Review escalated documents, flagged communications, and exception requests
Oversee timely review and organization of compliance documents (within 48 hours of submission)
Monitor compliance status, exception handling, and daily outreach to non-compliant parties
Customize client organization templates and branding for onboarding and reporting
Qualification
Required
Property & casualty insurance experience (required)
Strong client relationship management and account oversight skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with compliance or document management systems (preferred)
Prior experience in compliance management, insurance operations, or risk management services
Background in SaaS or technology-driven service environments
