Customer Service Specialist
Gems Setra is a leading global supplier of sensing and monitoring technologies, operating within the Precision Technologies platform of Ralliant Corporation. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining records while serving as a liaison between internal departments and customers.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Process orders through order processing software
Manual entry of orders
Work with internal teams on order status and changes
Customer portals
Run reports & audits of orders
Update & maintain records in JDE
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and customers
May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of the Customer Service Manager
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience desired, this may be waived for the right candidate
This is an onsite position
Candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations
