Diagnose, maintenance and repair of our electric commercial vehicles – internally & at the customer site
Fault analysis with state-of-the-art diagnostic devices and documentation
Quality assurance through careful documentation & final inspection
Coordination with the production manager and the customer care team
Professional handling of tools, materials & vehicles
Communication with customers at a professional level – friendly, solution-oriented, and reliable
Qualification
Required
Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Automobil-Mechatroniker:in (EFZ) oder vergleichbar
Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Diagnose-Tools
Führerausweis Kat. B (C1 von Vorteil)
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und Interesse an neuen Technologien
Qualitätsbewusstsein, sauberes Arbeiten und den Wunsch, sich ständig zu verbessern
