Responsibilities

Manage the installation of Fire Alarms
Communicate and monitor project scopes, schedules, materials, and manpower on assigned installation projects
Coordinate appropriate technician and sub-contractor labor to meet the project schedule
Monitor all materials ordered and on-site for installation on every project
Communicate to field staff and operations on the progress of projects to ensure expectations are met
Be organized and able to exercise practical time management skills to prioritize workload
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally
Open-minded willingness to continue learning
Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
Any other duties deemed appropriate by management

Qualification

Fire alarm knowledgeRead blueprintsProject management experienceProject Management certificationsMicrosoft Suite proficiencyVendor certificationsCommunication skills

Required

4+ years of project management experience in fire alarm or electrical contracting
Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
Pass drug and background screenings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications
Valid driver's license
Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
