Drafting and reviewing discovery
Subpoenaing
Reviewing and summarizing records into chronologies
Working with expert witnesses
Coordinating hearings and depositions
Ensuring deadlines are met
Managing litigation calendars

Required

Experience in record gathering and drafting chronologies

Experience in litigation and a strong understanding of court procedures and processes
Experience with recording time
