Responsibilities
Lead analysis around operating efficiency at each phase of the content lifecycle in order to recommend programmatic solutions
Drive cross-organizational alignment and decision making around upcoming investments across the media supply chain
Deep dive into content spend and budget drivers to proactively enhance Studio data and tooling
Conduct research of production industry market trends and opportunities, including competitive analysis and benchmarking
Deliver ad hoc strategic projects and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required in business, finance, marketing or related fields
2-5+ years of experience at an investment bank, private equity, management consulting, and/or a media/entertainment/tech company in a strategy/business development/analytical role with modeling experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with owners to define key business/operations questions and recommendations
Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive short, medium and long-term goals, with a proven ability to influence others
Demonstrated bias for action and attention to detail with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, and the ability to work in a deadline driven work environment
Preferred
Media/Entertainment strategy experience
Masters in Business Administration degree is preferred
Knowledge of creative, production, post production processes and related workflows
Experience helping global organizations scale
A passion for content production and/or entertainment
Business development experience
