Responsibilities

Swiftly respond to inbound inquiries, reducing initial response time
Generate new business leads through outbound opportunities via calls and emails
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective discovery calls
Understand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our product's value proposition
Drive urgency to progress prospects through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and targets
Initiate meetings between prospects and Account Executives
Drive engagement and seize new business opportunities from events

Qualification

B2B SaaS experienceSalesforce proficiencyGerman fluencyOutbound sales strategiesLead qualification frameworksCoachableCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsAdaptabilityPositive attitude

Required

Fluent in both German and English
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and team members
Based in London
Excel in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity

Preferred

1-2 years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Proven success running outbound sales strategies
